01Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and FeedSavy ("we", "us"), the provider of the FeedSavy mobile apps, website and related services (the "Service").

By creating an account, installing the app or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

02About FeedSavy

FeedSavy lets you share Instagram reels, Instagram posts, Pinterest pins and similar links to the app, save them in one library organised by category, and — on eligible plans — use AI to extract useful information such as step-by-step instructions, lists and key details.

03Eligibility and your account

• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country). If you are under 18, you must have the permission of a parent or legal guardian.
• You must provide accurate information and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• One person per account. Do not share or sell your account.
• Tell us promptly at support@feedsavy.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

04Using the Service

You may use FeedSavy for personal, non-commercial purposes in line with these Terms. When you share a link or content to FeedSavy you confirm that:

• you are allowed to access and save it;
• your use respects the terms of the platform it came from (for example Instagram or Pinterest); and
• you will not use FeedSavy to copy, republish or redistribute other people's content without permission.

FeedSavy stores links, metadata (such as title, caption, thumbnail) and the results you generate. We do not claim ownership of the original content.

05AI extraction

Extract uses automated AI systems to analyse content you save and produce a structured result. Please understand that:

• Results may be incomplete, inaccurate or out of date, and may differ from the original video or post.
• Results are provided for convenience only and are not medical, nutritional, fitness, travel-safety, legal or financial advice. Always verify important details such as ingredients and allergens, health or exercise guidance, prices, opening hours and safety information.
• Extraction may not be possible for private, deleted, region-locked or unsupported content.

06Plans, quotas and payments

FeedSavy offers a Free plan and paid plans. Current limits and prices are shown in the app and on our website, and may change from time to time:

• Billing. Paid plans are billed in advance (monthly or yearly) through the Apple App Store, Google Play or another payment provider we make available. Prices include or exclude applicable taxes as shown at checkout.
• Auto-renewal. Unless you cancel before the end of the current period, your plan renews automatically at the then-current price.
• Quotas. Limits apply to your active plan. Unused saves or extracts do not carry over unless we say so. If you reach a limit, you can upgrade or free up space by deleting items.
• Changes. We may change plans or prices with reasonable advance notice. Changes apply from your next billing period.

07Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time from your App Store / Google Play subscription settings (or in the app where available). Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep paid features until the end of the billed period.

Payments are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or by the policies of the app store through which you purchased. Refund requests for purchases made through Apple or Google are handled by them under their policies. For anything else, contact support@feedsavy.com.

08Referral programme and promo codes

• Referral rewards (such as bonus saves or extracts) are granted when a friend signs up with your code and meets the conditions shown in the app.
• Promo codes have no cash value, cannot be combined unless stated, may expire, and may be limited to new users or one use per account.
• Self-referrals, fake accounts, automated sign-ups or any abuse are prohibited. We may withhold or reverse rewards and suspend accounts involved in abuse.
• We may modify or end the programme at any time.

09Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• break any law or infringe anyone's rights, including copyright and privacy;
• save or share content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually exploitative (especially involving minors), or otherwise harmful;
• use bots, scrapers or other automated means to access the Service, or attempt to bypass limits or paywalls;
• reverse-engineer, decompile or interfere with the Service, its security or other users' access;
• upload malware or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or data;
• resell, sublicense or commercially exploit the Service or AI results without our written permission.

10Intellectual property

Ours. The FeedSavy name, logo, app, design, software and the way we organise and present information are owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service under these Terms.

Yours and others'. Content you save remains the property of its original creators or you, as applicable. You give us a limited licence to store, process, analyse and display that content and your notes and categories solely to operate and improve the Service for you.

Takedown. If you believe content on the Service infringes your rights, contact support@feedsavy.com with details and we will review it promptly.

11Feedback

If you send us ideas or suggestions, you allow us to use them without restriction or payment to you.

12Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it and your choices. It is part of these Terms.

13Suspension and termination

You may stop using FeedSavy and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, create risk or legal exposure for us or others, or if we discontinue the Service. On termination your right to use the Service ends; sections that by nature should survive (for example ownership, disclaimers and liability limits) will continue to apply.

14Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, that third-party links will always be available, or that AI results will be correct.

15Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FeedSavy and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim (or INR 1,000 if you use the Free plan). Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

16Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

17Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will notify you in the app or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.

18Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory consumer rights you may have, the courts at [City, State], India will have exclusive jurisdiction. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve any issue informally.
